Yoga Bharati (Yoga at School)

Smt. Geetha R is Yoga Faculty with Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Thanisandra, Bengaluru and is associated with Yoga Bharati (Yoga at School) Module of Samvit Research Foundation. She is also part of the Curriculum Research & Design Team of Yoga Bharati Module.

By qualification, she holds Diploma in Electronics, Diploma in Yoga and BSc in Yoga.

She worked as a Product Engineer with VXL Instruments Ltd for 25 Years. After taking voluntarily retirement, she worked as a Yoga Teacher with Cambridge School, K.R Puram, Bengaluru for one year before associating herself with Rashtrothana Vidya Kendra (since June 2014).

She is also practicing Yoga Therapy with encouraging results – reduction in Asthma Medication and substantial weight reduction.
