QUALIFIATIONS:
1. B.Sc. from Mysore University
2. M.Sc. in Zoology from Karnataka University, Dharwar
3. Ph.D. from Bangalore University.
4. Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore.

• • Started his career as a Lecturer in Zoology in Bangalore Medical College in the year 1964.
  • Joined Vijaya College in 1969; started and built the Department of Zoology as its Head; worked as Vice-Principal for 4 years; retired as Vice-Principal and Professor of Zoology in year 2000.
  • After retirement worked as Visiting Professor at Surana College, Bangalore from 2002 to 2013.
  • Worked as Head, Biology Department at BASE during 2013 to 2014.
