As a Project Manager – Teaching & Learning Materials, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality educational resources, ensuring they align with curriculum standards and pedagogical best practices. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end creation process, managing timelines, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, organizational expertise, and a deep understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy to drive impactful learning experiences.

Full time role based at our Bangalore office.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for creating teaching-learning materials.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, subject experts, and pedagogical consultants.
Provide clear guidance and feedback to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee the review process to ensure materials meet pedagogical, linguistic, and design quality standards.
Conduct usability testing with teachers and students, incorporating feedback for improvement.
Liaise with educators, trainers, and schools to understand their requirements and ensure the materials meet their needs.
Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to facilitate the launch and dissemination of materials.
Evaluate the impact of teaching-learning materials and recommend improvements based on feedback.
Give demonstrations of our materials to prospective parties as required.
Stay updated with trends in educational tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of materials.
Explore new technologies and formats to innovate teaching-learning material design.
Qualification and skills required
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Project Management, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing educational projects, preferably involving teaching-learning materials.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and NEP 2020/NCF frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team while ensuring accountability.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present ideas.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools and project management software is an advantage.
