THE
Role.
As a Teacher Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting impactful training sessions for educators, focusing on innovative pedagogical approaches, effective teaching-learning materials, and subject-specific methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong training expertise and a deep understanding of curriculum and pedagogy.
Responsibilities.
This role involves mentoring teachers, contributing to the development of training modules and resources, aligning them with modern educational practices and curriculum requirements.
Conduct engaging and interactive training programs for teachers on various topics, including pedagogy, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
Develop and deliver workshops that demonstrate effective usage of textbooks and teaching-learning materials.
Create training manuals, guides, and other resources to support teachers’ professional growth.
Assess training needs by collaborating with school leadership and educators to design customized sessions.
Provide ongoing mentoring and support to teachers post-training, ensuring practical implementation of skills.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends, including NEP 2020 and NCF frameworks, and integrate them into training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and refine future programs accordingly.
Participate in the development and testing of new teaching-learning materials, providing insights from a classroom perspective.
Location and Commitment.
Full time role based at our Bangalore office.
Educational Qualifications.
A degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed) or a related field.
Additional certifications in teacher training or pedagogy will be an advantage.
Competencies and Skills required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage educators effectively.
Presentation Skills: Ability to design and deliver dynamic presentations and workshops.
Knowledge: Familiarity with NEP 2020, NCF guidelines, and innovative teaching-learning practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with teachers, inspire confidence, and foster a positive learning environment.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training sessions simultaneously.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and training purposes.
Passionate about improving education and empowering teachers.
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate training methodologies.
Empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in teacher development.
Preferred Experience.
At least 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a preference for experience in conducting teacher training or workshops.
